Great day beautiful people! My name is Efren Ramirez and I am a Reiki practitioner and sound bowl healer with 3 years of experience in holistic wellness.

My practice is centered around reminding people of their divinity and sovereignty while giving them tools to empower them on their healing journey. I believe in the body’s innate ability to heal and use the gentle yet powerful energies of Reiki combined with the vibrational healing of sound bowls to create a deeply restorative and meditative experience.

Each session is individualized and designed to reduce stress, clear energetic blockages and restore harmony to mind, body and spirit. My goal is to guide you towards a place of deep self-compassion and love, creating a strong foundation from which you can confidently pursue and achieve your dreams and life purpose. With this foundation I aim to create a safe and serene environment for each client to experience personal growth and relaxation.
